Vayara Sarees – Return & Exchange Policy

At Vayara Sarees, we do not offer returns or refunds.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the issue. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect size, colour, or product selected by the customer

  • Incorrect address or order details provided by the customer

  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged, altered, or worn

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer, except when Vayara Sarees has sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
